Google to Host Annual Stockholders Meeting

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. - May 1, 2006 - Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) announced today that it will hold its annual stockholders meeting on Thursday, May 11, 2006 in Mountain View, California. The meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time at Google headquarters.

The live webcast of Google's annual stockholders meeting can be accessed at http://investor.google.com/webcast. The webcast version of the event will be available through the same link for approximately two weeks following the event, after which time the link will be available from the webcast archive at http://investor.google.com/webcast_archive.
